(二)生物信息学数据库

    夏俊峰课题组在前期工作的基础上,开发建立了国际上首个关于黑色素瘤相关基因的多组学整合数据库MGDB(Melanoma Gene Database)(网址:http://bioinfo.ahu.edu.cn:8080/Melanoma/index.jsp)。研究成果已于2015年9月发表在国际期刊Database: The Journal of Biological Databases and Curation。
